• Initial Care : Before the first use, apply a light layer of high-quality leather balm to the leather sections to nourish the hide and create a protective seal.
• Stitching & Padding Maintenance : To keep the white contrast stitching and white padding looking crisp, use a soft, dry cloth or a very soft brush to clean around these areas. Avoid using heavy, dark oils or dirty sponges, as these can easily discolour the white thread and leather.
• Daily Maintenance : After each ride, wipe away sweat and surface grease from the leather with a damp sponge. This prevents salt build-up and keeps the leather supple and breathable.
• Hardware Polish : Wipe the stainless steel buckles with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their mirror-like finish and prevent dulling.
• Storage : Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Using a breathable bridle bag is highly recommended to protect the white padding and contrast stitching from dust and damp.
