Should an order be placed after our cut-off, it will be prepared with care and dispatched the following business day.

  • DHL Premium Express: From £10.50 | Guaranteed next-day weekday arrival.
  • Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm: From £10.00 | Royal Mail’s most secure domestic service.


Daily Dispatch Deadlines
To ensure your parcel moves as quickly as possible, please note our cut-off times:


  • DHL Express: 11:00 am
  • Royal Mail: 13:00 pm


Orders placed after these times or during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next business day.


The USA Experience: DDP Service


For our American clientele, we offer a seamless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service on all standard orders. We handle all customs formalities and duties in advance, ensuring your parcel arrives at your door within 2–5 business days after leaving the UK. For your peace of mind, all duty-paid costs are already included in your shipping price at checkout, meaning no hidden fees or customs delays upon arrival.


  • Note: If you specifically select DHL Express for the USA, duties remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Destinations & EU


We deliver to almost every corner of the globe using DHL and specialized Express International couriers.


  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions (starting from £9.99).
  • Customs: International orders (outside the USA DDP) may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Timeline: Most international orders arrive within 3–5 business days after departing the UK.


White-Glove Tracking


Once your order has been prepared and collected by our courier, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation containing your unique tracking link. From this moment, you can monitor your parcel's progress in real-time as it makes its way to your door. We recommend keeping a close watch on your tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates.


While we strive to meet all delivery aims, please note that during periods of extreme weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions (such as strikes), delivery may take slightly longer than estimated. Ice Equestrian is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control.
